Konstantin Lainer

Konstantin Lainer received his law degree from the University of Passau (First State Examination 2020) with specialization in Corporate and Tax Law. Since then he has been working at the University of Passau as a research assistant to the Chair of Constitutional, Administrative, Public Finance and Tax Law (Prof. Dr. Rainer Wernsmann). He is currently a legal trainee of the Higher Regional Court of the district of Munich.
