Yannick Witt

Yannick Witt studied law at the University of Bonn, specialising in corporate and capital markets law. There he completed his doctoral thesis on the topic of »The Transfer of the Entire Assets of a Company pursuant to Section 179a(1) German Stock Corporation Act« under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jens Koch. During his doctoral studies, he worked for commercial law firms in Düsseldorf in the area of corporate law. Since autumn 2020, he has been pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford (Magister Juris).
