Jens Wegener

Jens Wegener joined the German Armed Forces and studied Social Sciences at the Universität der Bundeswehr München during his Officer Training. He took two Master’s courses (Military Leadership and International Security, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg, and Máster Universitario en Política de Defensa y Seguridad Internacional, Universidad Complutense de Madrid) as part of the German and Spanish General Staff Officer courses. In 2020 he earned his PhD on the topic »Jeremy Bentham’s normative anthropological approach. Theory and practical implications«.
