Wangjie Chen

Wangjie Chen studied law at Tongji University in Shanghai from 2009 to 2013, where he passed the People's Republic of China Law Examination in 2012. He then continued to study for a Master's degree in law there, which he completed in 2016. Supported by a DAAD scholarship, he completed his LL.M. studies at the Law Faculty of Humboldt University of Berlin from 2014 to 2016. He was awarded a Doctor of Laws degree in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wagner from Humboldt University of Berlin. During his doctoral studies, he was sponsored by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Since December 2022, he has been Associate Professor at the Intellectual Property School of East China University of Political Science and Law.
