Carsten Wagels

Carsten Wagels studied law at Greifswald University and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Celle, including stages at the German University of Administrative Sciences (Speyer) and the German embassy in Montevideo (Uruguay). After passing the second state examination, he obtained a doctorate in law at Greifswald University while being employed as an academic assistant to the chair of civil law and civil procedure law headed by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Kohler. Carsten Wagels is currently notary assessor in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
