Viktor Volkmann

Viktor Volkmann studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and passed his first state examination in September 2014. He then graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Master in Laws degree. In April 2019, he completed his doctorate at Humboldt University. While writing his doctoral thesis, he spent a research period at the University of Cambridge, worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Tatjana Hörnle and was supported by a scholarship from the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Viktor Volkmann has been a trainee lawyer at the Berlin Appellate Court since November 2018.
