Benedikt Vogt

Benedikt Vogt studied law at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf (Germany) with a specialisation in law of politics. After his first legal state examination in 2015 he worked as a research fellow at the university’s Chair for Public Law with Prof. Lothar Michael while completing his doctoral thesis. From 2018 to 2020 he completed his legal traineeship at the Berlin Higher Regional Court, working for the Regional Court, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Federal Chancellery’s Cabinet and Parliament Division, the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs and the Sino-German Legal Cooperation Programme in Beijing. Since August 2020 he works as a judge at the administrative court of Potsdam.
