Uwe Niedersen, doctorate awarded as Dr. phil. at the Humboldt University of Berlin in 1978, »History of Chemical Catalysis« and 1983, Dr. phil. habil., »The Energy concept of Wilhelm Ostwald«. 1984 »ordinary lecturer in philosophy of science (theorie of Science) and history of Science« at the Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg; numerous articles and books. Currently honorary activity in several citizen associations, meanwhile continuation of the scientific work.
