Christian R. Ulbrich

Christian R. Ulbrich is head and co-founder of the Research Center for Digitalization in Government and Administration (e-PIAF) at the University of Basel. Previously, he worked in one of the world's leading auditing and consulting firms. He was a guest lecturer at the Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen. He worked as a research assistant at the Center for Research in Economics, Management and the Arts, Zurich, and at the Center for Research in Economics and Well-Being, University of Basel. Christian R. Ulbrich studied law at the University of Konstanz with a focus on »Legal Foundations of International Economic Activity«. His doctoral studies at the University of Zurich were supported by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom's doctoral funding. He subsequently received a doctoral scholarship from the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law.
