Tsung-Yuan Lee

Tsung-Yuan Lee is currently an assistant professor at NTHU in Taiwan. He earned both his LLB and LLM degrees from National Taiwan University, passing the bar exam during his studies. After graduating, he was admitted to the bar and later worked as a research assistant at Academia Sinica. In 2024, Tsung-Yuan Lee received his doctorate from Goethe University Frankfurt/Main, supported by a scholarship from Taiwan's Ministry of Education. His primary research areas include criminal law and criminal law theory, with a focus on criminal responsibility and the conditions for imputation in modern society.
