Tobias Hansen

Tobias Hansen studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster from 2010 to 2015 with a focus on information, telecommunications and media law (ITM). After the first state examination, he began a doctorate with Prof. Dr. Fabian Wittreck at the Institute for Public Law and Politics. During this time, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Constitutional Law of the University of Cologne. In April 2018 he started his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the German Embassy in Baku/Azerbaijan and the Rule of Law Program Middle East/North Africa of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Beirut/Lebanon.
