Tina Ines Schmidt

Tina Ines Schmidt started studying law at the Humboldt-University of Berlin in 2005 and completed her first state examination in law in 2011. After six months of experience with the petitions committee of the German parliament she completed her Legal Traineeship (Juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst) at the Superior Court of Justice Berlin and her second state examination in law in 2014. She wrote her doctoral thesis whilst working as a lawyer at the Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft from 2015 to 2018 and obtained her doctorate in the beginning of 2019 at the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). Tina Ines Schmidt is a lawyer at Linklaters LLP since 2018 in the field of environmental and planning law.
