Timon Beyes

Timon Beyes is Professor of Sociology of Organisation and Culture at Leuphana University Lüneburg. He is Director of the Centre for Digital Cultures and the Institute for Sociology and Cultural Organisation. He holds a fractional professorship at the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy at Copenhagen Business School. Timon Beyes holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and a habilitation from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Management. His research is dedicated to a sociology of organisation understood in terms of cultural theory. His research focuses on media technologies, aesthetics, spaces and the politics of organisation.
