Tim Obermann

Tim Obermann studied law in Heidelberg and Madrid, specializing in European and commercial law. After completing his First Legal State Examination in 2020, he wrote his dissertation at the Institute for Foreign and International Private and Business Law in Heidelberg under the supervision of Professor Dr. Christoph A. Kern, LL.M. (Harvard). During this time, he initially worked as a research assistant for the chair of his doctoral supervisor and later for the Federal Ministry of Justice. Since May 2023 he has been completing his legal clerkship at Higher Regional Court in Berlin.
