Tim Gühring

Tim Gühring studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He passed the 1st state examination in 2013. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Stuttgart in 2015 with the 2nd state exam. After that, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Comparative Law (Prof. Dr. Jan Schürnbrand) and at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial, Business and Labor Law (Prof. Dr. Hermann Reichold) in Tübingen. He has been working as a lawyer in Stuttgart since 2018. He was awarded his doctorate in the winter semester 2020/2021.
