Tillmann Horter

Tillmann Horter studied Law at the University of Muenster. Since passing the first legal examination in 2016 he works as a research fellow at the University of Dusseldorf, first at the professorship for public public law of Prof. Dr. Lothar Michael, since 2018 at the academic chair for criminal law of Prof. Dr. Helmut Frister. In October of 2019 he started his traineeship with stations at the District Court Dusseldorf, the prosecuting attorney's office of Dusseldorf, the Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia and the law firm Hengeler Mueller.
