Ricarda Theis

Ricarda Theis studied law at the University of Bayreuth and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and passed her first state bar exam in 2015. She completed her legal clerkship from 2015 to 2017 at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with a traineeship in New York. In 2018, she worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Osterloh-Konrad at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. In 2019, she held positions at the law firms Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In 2020, she joined the law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus in Munich as an associate. In 2021, she received her doctorate in law from Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen.
