Sven Loose

Sven Loose studied law at the University of Leipzig and the University of Rouen (France). In 2014 he began to work as a research assistant at the Institute for Foreign and European Private and Procedural Law (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Thomas Rauscher) at the University of Leipzig. In October 2018 he completed his doctorate with a thesis focussing on the identity-preserving change of corporate form across borders. Sven Loose teaches Civil Law and Academic Writing at the University of Leipzig.
