Stephan Ausbüttel

The author studied law at Philipps-Universität Marburg an der Lahn from 2013 to 2019. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at the chair of public law and, after passing the first state law examination, as a research assistant. At the beginning of 2024, he received his doctorate with a thesis on the federalization of the right of assembly. In 2023, he began his legal traineeship at the regional court in Darmstadt.
