Christoph Johannes Smets

Christoph Smets studied law at the Universities of Mannheim, Bristol and Bonn. At the latter, he chose the elective modules of the course »state and constitution in the process of internationalization«. At Mannheim University, he worked as a Junior Research Assistant and after passing the First Legal Exam (2011) as a Senior Research Assistant at the universities of Hagen and Düsseldorf. Following the Legal Practice Course (Rechtsreferendariat) with stations at Speyer University and a ›Euregion‹ he passed the Second Legal State Exam in 2019 and has been working as a Legal Officer for the University of Bonn since 2020.
