Simon Schaz

Following his studies of law at the university of Heidelberg, Simon Schaz completed his legal clerkship also in Heidelberg. After passing the Second State Examination in 2013, he initially worked as a lawyer for a major tax law firm in Frankfurt a.M., specializing in the field of corporate succession. During this time he successfully passed the tax advisor examination. Since 2019 he has worked as a judge at the Hessian Court of Finance. After receiving his doctorate in economics from the University of Halle-Wittenberg in 2018, he has submitted a dissertation in law to the University of Jena in 2020.
