Sheng-Yen Feng

Sheng-Yen Feng studied law at the National Cheng-Chi University in Taipei, Taiwan. In 2007, he began his master's studies at this university and passed the Taiwanese state law examination in 2008. He then completed his master's degree in 2010, on the topic of »The Concept of Domination by Virtue of an Organization in Criminal Law«. From 2013 to 2018, he was a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. In 2014, he completed his Magister Legum studies at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and in April 2021, he finally passed the doctoral examination with the overall grade »summa cum laude«.
