Alexander Schwarz

Alexander Schwarz studied law, history of arts and philosophy in Heidelberg and Santiago de Chile. During his studies he worked at the Max Planck Institute for Public International Law in Heidelberg (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Rüdiger Wolfrum). After his First State Exam he was a Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow at the Chair for International Law, European Law and Public Law at Leipzig University and also worked there at his Ph.D. thesis (supervisor: Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Kai Ambos). As a visiting researcher, Mr. Schwarz was at Cambridge University and at the Extraordinary Chambers at the Courts of Cambodia. After the completion of his dissertation he began his legal clerkship at the District Court of Leipzig.
