Lukas Schmidt

Lukas Schmidt studied law at the University of Passau. In 2018, he completed his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with the second state law examination. Afterwards, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Security Law and Internet Law as well as the DFG Graduiertenkolleg 1681/2 »Privatheit und Digitalisierung« at the University of Passau. His thesis was accepted by the Faculty of Lawn of the University of Passau in 2021. Since 2020, he has been working as legal counsel for the Free State of Bavaria.
