Sarah Rachut

Sarah Rachut studied law at the University of Passau where she was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann at the Chair of Public Law, Security Law and Internet Law. Currently she works at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation (Technical University of Munich) and is the managing director of the affiliated research institute TUM Center for Digital Public Services (CDPS). In 2022, she was accepted as a scholarship recipient at the Graduate School of the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt). Together with Dirk Heckmann she advised the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and Art on regulating distance proctored exams.
