Philipp von Sanden

Philipp von Sanden studied German law at the University of Passau from 2012 to 2018. He specialized in German corporate and tax law. As a member of the team of the University of Passau, he achieved the third place at the renowned ›BFH Moot Court‹ for German tax law in 2015. After successfully passing his first State Exam, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Rainer Wernsmann for constitutional and administrative law, with a focus on finance and tax law, at the University of Passau. During this time, he published several articles on German tax law. Currently, he is preparing for his Second State Exam in Wiesbaden.
