Rosaria Navarra-Tschersich graduated by the Faculty of Law of the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2011. Her Tesi di Laurea »Il terzo contratto: evoluzione e sviluppo delle forme contrattuali« was published in the series »Intuitus iuris« of the publishing house Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane. In 2014 she passed the Esame di Stato per l‘abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense. In 2018 she passed the aptitude test for admission as a German lawyer. Since 2019 she has devoted herself to the preparation of her dissertation and received her doctorate in 2022 at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. In 2022 she successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in family law. She works as a lawyer in Schorndorf.
