Martin Rikovsky
The author studied law at the University of Leipzig from 2007 to 2012 and subsequently completed the legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Dresden from 2012 to 2014. As an external doctoral student at the University of Leipzig, he worked from 09/2014 to 03/2016 for an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Since 09/2016 the author is admitted as a lawyer to the German Bar Association and works for an international law firm in Berlin.
