Simon Redel
Simon Redel studied law in Würzburg and Aarhus (DK). He completed his legal clerkship in Nuremberg, in the immediate vicinity of Room 600, the cradle of international criminal law. During his time as a lawyer in a Nuremberg law firm, he dedicated his time and academic efforts to international criminal law as part of his dissertation. The dissertation was written under Prof. Dr. Christoph Safferling, LL.M. (LSE), at the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Since 2019, Simon Redel has been working as a legal officer at the Bavarian state government.
