Ralf Josten

Attorney Ralf Josten is chief legal advisor at Kreissparkasse Köln and has also been chief compliance officer since 2021. Alongside his work, he acquired a »Master of Business Laws« (LL.M. oec.) from the University of Cologne and the regulatory qualification »Certified Compliance Officer« from EBS Oestrich-Winkel. In 2021 he received his doctorate as Dr. iur at DHPol, Münster. Josten is a complex lecturer and teaches at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and the University of Finance and Management, Bonn. He also publishes in the field of business and banking law and is co-editor of the journal for banking and capital market law.
