Sarah Rachut
Dr. Sarah Rachut studied law at the University of Passau. Currently, she works as post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation (Technical University of Munich) and is the managing director of the research institute TUM Center for Digital Public Services (CDPS). During her doctorate, she was a scholarship recipient from the Graduate School of the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt). Together with Dirk Heckmann she advised the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and Art on regulating distance proctored exams. In 2024, she was named Young Leader in GovTech by Handelsblatt and Possible.
