Philipp Waltke

Philipp Waltke studied law with additional training in economics at the University of Bayreuth. After passing his First State Examination in Law in January 2017, he wrote his doctoral dissertation in the field of criminal law relating to the arts. During this time, he also worked as a tutor at the University of Bayreuth. In 2018, he completed a Master of Laws with a specialisation in Dispute Resolution at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Since August 2019, he has been doing his legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stages, among others, at the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium.
