Philipp Kynast

Philipp Kynast studied law at the Universities of Münster, Barcelona, Melbourne (LL.M. in Global Business Law), Düsseldorf (Dr. iur) and Frankfurt am Main (Institute for Law and Finance) as well as business administration and economics at the Universities of Hagen (B.Sc.) and Melbourne (Master of International Business and Law). He was a trainee lawyer in several international law firms and completed his legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and the German Consulate General in Los Angeles. Since the beginning of 2018, he works as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department of the Düsseldorf office of Allen & Overy.
