Philipp Braun

Philipp Braun studied law at the University of Münster focusing on corporate law. Subsequent to his legal studies, he worked as a research assistant while preparing his doctoral thesis. He has completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. Since 2022 he has been working as a lawyer at the Düsseldorf office of the international law firm Hengeler Mueller advising family-owned and other multinational enterprises in the areas of corporate law and M&A.
