Philip Niemann

Philip Niemann studied law at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the King's College London. While writing his doctoral thesis, he worked for two years in Hamburg as a young professional in the tax division of a leading accounting firm. He trained at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg with elected positions in Montevideo and Paris.
