Peter Siemens

Peter Siemens studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt, Germany. While pursuing his doctorate, he worked at the newly-founded Corporate Governance Institute at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, under the supervision of Professor Julia Redenius-Hövermann, LL.M., who also supervised this thesis. Dr. Siemens has also worked at major international law firms in Frankfurt, Germany. He later pursued an LL.M. degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. After graduating in 2022, he joined a major international law firm in New York, NY as a corporate associate.
