Patrick Brückner

The author studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, Comparative Law, Multimedia and Telecommunications Law of Prof. Dr. Gerald Spindler from 2018 to 2021, where he received his doctorate in 2022. Following on from his work as research assistant, he worked in Frankfurt for an international law firm. Since 2021, he has been a legal clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Celle.
