Patrick Boguslawski

Patrick Boguslawski studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf from 2016 to 2021, graduating at the top of his class. He subsequently earned his doctorate and worked as a research assistant for Prof. em. Dr. Ulrich Noack at his chair and institute. His dissertation received the Award for Outstanding Dissertations and the Corporate Law Foundation Award for the best corporate law dissertation. Additionally, his work was supported by various foundations. Since March 2024, he has been a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
