Pascal Pitz-Klauser

Pascal Pitz-Klauser is a lawyer. He studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Pascal Pitz-Klauser received his Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from the Ruhr-University Bochum. He advises national and international companies in all areas of antitrust law and investment control. After working for the international law firm Gleiss Lutz, he has joined the Munich law firm BUNTSCHECK in 2024. Pascal Pitz-Klauser is a member of the German Competition Law Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) and the Competition Law Forum Munich (Münchener Kartellrechtsforum).
