Oliver Wolters

From 2011 to 2016, Oliver Wolters studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany. Having passed the first state exam, he succesfully completed the legal clerkship at the district court in Münster. After passing the second state exam, he obtained a PhD under Prof. Dr. Fabian Wittreck being supported by a scholarship of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Since 2021, he has been working as a judge.
