Oliver Hiltl

The author has received degrees in Catholic Theology and both Civil and Canon Law.  Following theological studies at the University of Ratisbon and at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome he received his Masters Degree in Theology from the University of Vienna.  Subsequently he studied civil law at the University of Ratisbon and the University of Vienna.  Following his ordination to the priesthood, he received his doctorate in civil law from the University of Vienna.  He then received his JCL in Canon Law from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome.
