Ole Schley

Ole Schley studied law at the University of Hamburg and the China-EU School of Law in Beijing. He completed his legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg in 2018 following stations in Beijing, Berlin and New York. In 2021, after a research stay at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, he received his doctorate from the University of Hamburg with his thesis on the Applicability of Arbitration Agreements to Antitrust Damages Claims. The research was supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. Since 2020, he has been working as a lawyer in an international law firm in Düsseldorf.
