Nadine Amsler

Nadine Amsler is Assistant Professor for Early Modern History at the University of Basel, Switzerland. Her first book, »Jesuits and Matriarchs: Domestic Worship in Early Modern China« was published in 2018 by Washington University Press. Her current research project is entitled "Early Childhood and Dynastic Reproduction at Princely Courts". It focuses on the care given to young dynastic offspring at early modern princely courts.
