Milena Herbig

Milena Herbig studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau, where she also completed her legal clerkship. She worked as a Research Associate at the German Research Institute for Public Administration in Speyer between 2020 and 2023. As part of this position, she wrote her doctoral thesis under the supervision of Professor Constanze Janda. Since 2023, she has been working as a Research Assistant at the University of Kassel at the Department of Civil Law and Labour Law in the Digital Society (Professor Isabell Hensel). She received her doctorate from the University of Speyer in 2024.
