Michaela Hermes

Michaela Hermes graduated from the »Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms« university in Bonn and performed her mandatory legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of appeals. Since 1997 she has been admitted to the Bar in Germany and has been practicing as an attorney. In 2009 she acquired a »Master of Laws« (LL.M.) in Heath Law from the Heinrich-Heine university in Düsseldorf. She is a specialist attorney in Health Law (»Fachanwältin für Medizinrecht«) and since 2010 was a member of a cross-German law firm specialized in the field of Health Law. Since 2021 Hermes works at the Archdiocese of Munich with responsibility for data privacy.
