Michael Berger

Michael Berger studied law at the Universities of Freiburg i. Br. and Heidelberg with a focus on commercial and business law as well as legal history and historical comparative law. After passing his first legal examination in 2015, he worked at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and for various international law firms in different areas of business law while completing his dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Katja Langenbucher. In 2019, he passed the second legal examination at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. Since 2020, Michael Berger has been working as a lawyer in the field of financial restructuring and insolvency.
