Metin Batkin
Metin Batkin studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt. He was a doctoral student at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History (now the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory), where he attended the International Max Planck Research School for Comparative Legal History. Following his legal clerkship in Frankfurt and Berlin (elective stage at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection), he joined a major law firm as an attorney where he advised commercial enterprises and the public sector in public law. Since 2018, he has worked as a legal advisor at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community.
