Matheus Pelegrino da Silva

Matheus Pelegrino da Silva studied law at the faculty of law of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and philosophy at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre. He obtained in 2015 a doctorate in philosophy from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos in São Leopoldo with a dissertation on Kelsen’s theory of democracy and he obtained in 2019 a doctorate in law from Freiburg University with the work ›Kelsen’s theory of legal cognition. Simultaneously a critical reflection on the positivity as a property of law‹.
