Oliver Martis

Oliver Martis studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg and passed the First Law Examination in 2019. He then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, European Business Law, International Private and Procedural Law and Comparative Law at the University of Würzburg (Prof. Dr. Remien) while completing his doctorate. From 2021 to 2022, he also studied for a Master's degree in Business Law (LL.M.) at the University of Cologne and also worked as a research assistant in an international business law firm. Since October 2022, he has been a legal trainee at the Regional Court of Würzburg.
