Marius Kottmann

Marius Kottmann studied law with a focus on criminal law at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf (HHU). After completing his first state examination in 2017, he worked as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law of Prof. Dr. Helmut Frister in Düsseldorf. In August 2022, he began his legal training in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, with stations at the Wuppertal Regional Court, the Wuppertal Public Prosecutor's Office, NRW.BANK and the law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and PARK Wirtschaftsstrafrecht.
